Scope and operator
This policy applies to the public website at https://filamc.pl. It does not cover data processing by the launcher or Shared Worlds services. Those require separate software and service privacy information.
The operator and data controller is Wiktor Fila, based in Poland. See the Legal Notice for operator details. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@filamc.pl.
Information that may be processed
You can read this site without an account. The website has no newsletter, contact form, payments, analytics platform, advertising cookies, social tracking pixels or browser fingerprinting. Fonts and artwork are served from this website.
Serving a page necessarily involves technical request information. Hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent, response status and related diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website.
If you email us, your email address, message and any information you choose to include will reach the operator and the email provider. Please only send information needed for your enquiry. The website does not sell personal data or use automated decision-making or profiling.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data may be used to operate the site, identify faults, protect availability and prevent abuse. Where personal data is involved, the intended basis is the operator’s legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure public website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to an appropriate balancing assessment.
Correspondence is used to respond to your request, normally on the same legitimate-interest basis. If a message concerns steps you request before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply; a specific legal obligation may instead require processing under Article 6(1)(c).
No optional tracking technologies are active, so this website does not ask for tracking consent. Introducing them would require updating the policy and any necessary consent controls first.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose. Routine technical logs should have a short, documented retention period, with restricted access. Information needed to investigate an incident or meet a legal requirement may need to be retained longer.
The final infrastructure log-retention period is not yet confirmed. It must be documented for the deployed website before launch.
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to respond and handle reasonable follow-up; the operational deletion period must be confirmed before launch.
Infrastructure, providers and transfers
The operator and providers supplying hosting, reverse-proxy services or email may process information necessary for their roles. Providers should be subject to suitable data-processing terms where required. Personal data may also be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it.
- Hosting provider
- To be confirmed before launch.
- Hosting location
- To be confirmed before launch.
- Email provider
- To be confirmed before launch.
The final hosting and email arrangements have not been confirmed, so the operator cannot yet state whether processing outside the EEA occurs. Before launch, any such transfers and the applicable safeguards must be documented.
External links take you to independently operated websites. Those sites’ privacy information applies when you visit them; no third-party pages or social widgets are embedded here.
Your GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Contact contact@filamc.pl to exercise a right. We may need enough information to identify the relevant data and verify the request without collecting more than necessary.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO (opens in a new tab). You may also contact the authority in your EU country of habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the website’s processing changes. The date at the top records the latest revision. Questions about this policy or the handling of your information can be sent to contact@filamc.pl.
